Electronic Media For Associations
Participants will learn about electronic media and how it can be used in community associations, as well as new legislation regarding electronic media in the conduct of elections, voting on amendments, and other related community association issues. In this course, participants will learn what documents can and cannot be accepted in electronic format (fax, email, copy) regarding community association business. Procedures to employ to ensure that associations are following the law with regard to electronic meeting notices, receipt of electronic media from owners, and electronic voting. Update on the latest laws and Florida Administrative Rules about electronic media (fax, email, copy) and electronic voting in community associations. Presented by Becker Lawyers.
