This course will focus on educating Boards on how to be more proactive vs. reactive regarding water damage issues and the potential of an insurance claim instead of paying for all damages 100% out of pocket/reserves. We will review who covers what in different scenarios when dealing with a water loss and the phases of disaster management, preparedness, response, mitigation, and recovery when it comes to water loss.
