Please join us for our annual financial training kickoff covering how to manage your Association’s budget and cash flow for potential 2023 financial pitfalls. Topics will include, increases in delinquent owners, insurance renewal premium increase options, managing upcoming reserve projects, the importance of updating or obtaining a reserve study, preparation for hurricane season, and measuring the performance of each budgeted line item.
